All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt, and at the tariff applicable accord¬ing to season.

A deposit of £25 per Adult and £13 per child is required to secure your booking.

Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests property unless handed-in for safe custody.

Should you be delayed on your journey and not be ar¬riving at your intended time of arrival, we would ask you to telephone and advise us accordingly.

In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let the person whose sig¬nature appears on the booking form will be liable to pay the costs as per the reservation, less an allowance for food and service.

DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, but will be deducted from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.

Accounts must be paid on arrival and cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the proprietor to allow for bank clearance.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate ant contract should the conduct of any party, who is a party to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other guests.
